For any business, having a physical location can increase its worth manifold, and help bring in more customers who are 'nearby' - locals. Associating a physical address with your Facebook Page essentially makes it a Place (as long as your Page is in the Local Business category - you can change the category of your page later on). Places give users the ability to �check-in� and tell their friends where they are and what they�re doing. Places have their uses.
